OAP apologizes to Chidinma after he claimed Kizz Daniel’s ‘Fvck you’ song was for her

Yesterday, City FM On Air Personality, Benny Ark stated categorically that Kizz Daniel’s song, “Fvck You” was about Chidinma after she kept ‘hoeing’ around.

Immediately after his statement was aired, and the video made viral on Social Media, Chidinma, through her Lawyer, Ayo Shonaiya, wrote to the Radio Station,Demanding for an apology and asking for a retraction of the defamatory statement.

Ayo Shonaiya had tweeted;

‘This is just a Notice to the station and the OAP to retract his comments and apologise to Chidinma because those statements are false and defamatory. It is their next move or how they respond that will decide our next move’.

In the defamatory statement, Benny Ark had mentioned that the song had so many emotional lyrics, and he was made to draw a conclusion that the singer was referring to Chidinma, since the duo reportedly dated sometimes around 2018.

He however tendered a pubic apology to the singer and other people affected, during his show today.
